Welcome to Sage & Silva Live! ("we," "our," or "us"). By submitting a personalization request, placing an order, participating in a live engraving event, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Live Engraving Services
Sage & Silva Live! provides on-site personalization and engraving services at corporate events, weddings, markets, community events, and other activations.
Customers may submit personalization requests through our website, event registration forms, QR code forms, or directly at an event.
2. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing and submitting accurate personalization information, including names, dates, initials, phrases, and other requested engraving content.
Once a personalization request has been submitted and production has begun, changes may not be possible.
Sage & Silva is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.
3. Personalized Products
Due to the custom nature of our services, personalized products are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the error was caused by Sage & Silva.
Minor variations in engraving placement, wood grain, leather texture, color, and natural materials are normal and do not constitute defects.
4. Intellectual Property
Customers represent and warrant that they have permission to use any logos, trademarks, copyrighted artwork, names, or designs submitted for engraving.
