Not every project starts with a finished idea. Whether you need a second set of eyes, a custom visual, or help developing the concept itself, Sage & Silva offers creative services designed to meet your project where it is.

  • 30 minutes of focused creative direction.

    For projects where you have the idea, but need help determining the best way forward. We’ll talk through your goals, product or material options, personalization, branding applications, feasibility, and other creative considerations.

    Includes a brief written recap with recommendations. Custom artwork and mockups are not included.

    Best for: “I have an idea, but I need help figuring out what to do with it.”

  • A defined idea, professionally brought to life.

    For projects where the direction is already established, but you need a custom design or visual before moving forward.

    Includes one custom design direction, one presentation-ready mockup, one round of revisions, and final approved PNG + PDF files.

    Best for: “I know what I want. I need you to design it.”

  • From an objective to a fully developed creative direction.

    For projects where you know what you want to accomplish, but need help determining what the finished idea should actually be.

    This deeper creative engagement can include product and material recommendations, branding applications, creative direction, and development of the final concept.

    Includes one developed concept, presentation-ready visual, up to two rounds of revisions, final approved PNG + PDF files, and relevant concept specifications.

    Best for: “I know what I want this to accomplish. I need you to figure out what it should become.”

Your final approved design is yours to use. Continue into production with Sage & Silva or take your finished concept into whatever comes next.

A Note on Custom Projects

Complimentary inquiries are perfect for questions about existing products, pricing, quantities, availability, production capabilities and timelines.

Custom recommendations, creative exploration, mockups and concept development are offered through Sage & Silva Design Services.

Design fees cover the creative work itself and are separate from product or production costs.

Already know exactly what you'd like Sage & Silva to make? No Design Service is necessary. Once your order is placed, the standard design proof and approval process associated with your product is included.

A focused 30-minute consultation to talk through your idea and determine the strongest way forward.

We can explore product direction, materials, personalization, branding applications, event details, feasibility and other creative considerations specific to your project.

Custom Design
$125.00

For when you know what you want and need to see it brought to life.

Ideal for a defined project that needs custom design work or a visual concept before you’re ready to move into production.

Includes:

  • One custom design direction

  • One presentation-ready mockup

  • One round of revisions

  • Final approved PNG + PDF files

Your finished design is yours to use. Production through Sage & Silva is not required.

Concept Development - Starting at $225
$50.00

For when you know what you want to accomplish, but need help determining what it should become.

This is a deeper creative engagement for projects that need both the idea and the execution.

Concept Development may include product recommendations, material and finish direction, branding applications, creative strategy and a fully developed visual concept.

Includes:

  • Creative direction and recommendations

  • One developed concept

  • Presentation-ready visual

  • Up to two rounds of revisions

  • Final approved PNG + PDF files

  • Relevant concept specifications

Pricing begins at $225 and may vary based on project scope. Your $50 deposit begins the project assessment process and will be applied toward your final Concept Development fee. After reviewing your submitted project details, Sage & Silva will determine the project scope and final cost. You’ll receive an invoice for the remaining balance, which must be paid before creative work begins.
